I have to complete and update trainings and certifications for every destination that I work with.
Also, I work for a certified agency (something definitely important to ask if you are considering working with a travel agent).
Did you know...as a travel planner I have training and certifications in Disney, Universal Studios, All Inclusive Resorts, and most major cruise lines? All travel agents are not created equal. We each have our own expertise to bring to the table.

You have as much control over your travel plans as you want to have. In fact, I encourage you to do some of your own research into your travel destination.
Some clients know where they want to go, but don’t want to have to make any of the minute decisions. In this case, I’ll pull together elements for the vacation that match their travel party’s demographic and budget, and I’ll forward for their review/approval.
Some clients come to me with ALL of the details already planned. In this case, they want the security of having a travel planner in their corner; looking out for promos, and being there to assist if any aspect of the travel plan goes awry. -
The first thing I like to do is get to know you. I want to know what you like to do on vacation and what you are looking for in your trip. On every good vacation, there is something for everyone in the group/family to enjoy.
Next, I’ll have you fill out my Vacation Request Form to gather all the information I need to research your options and get you accurate pricing with everything you want included.
Then, I spend time researching and finding options that will help make your vacation everything you want it to be. We can discuss the options and adjust the package to fit your expectations.
Once we settle on the details, I book your vacation and stay in contact with reminders for payments, reservations, etc, and any updated policies that may affect your trip.
Some vacations require more planning than others but I am there with you every step of the way for as much or as little as you like!
